The Club is the lead club in the Maine Pheasant Program. The clubs which participate in this progam release
over 2,000 adult pheasants each year for hunters in York and Cumberland Counties.
Club members volunteer their time and effort to accept the birds from the breeders and transport them to the various
release sites. Birds are released several times throughout the upland bird hunting season.
Release site locations are available from the Gray Office of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. You can use the link
